Your casting brief, optional script, format, pace and time target are sent to this app’s Cloudflare-hosted service when you request a match. They are used in memory to rank catalog descriptions and count words. The service does not store request bodies, scripts, user profiles or audition histories. It has no database, application analytics, advertising pixels, cookies or account system. Script text is not returned in tool results.
When you use the app in ChatGPT, OpenAI processes the conversation and tool inputs under your OpenAI account settings and policies. Cloudflare processes network information such as IP address, request time and security signals as the hosting provider. Application request logging is disabled; infrastructure providers may retain their own operational or security records under their policies. We cannot delete or control those providers’ independent records.
Playing a preview requests a fixed MP3 from voicefieldguide.com, also operated by bilbop on Cloudflare. This sends ordinary network information to the host. Opening a voice guide or ElevenLabs link is optional; that destination’s privacy terms apply. The app never requests an ElevenLabs API key, password, payment details or account access.
Do not paste confidential or sensitive text. You can use a general brief without a script. Closing the board clears its in-memory comparison state.
